Hi Ladies I am sorry I wasn't sure who to send this too so I have sent it to all of you :)My partner and I have just returned from having a wee mini break in Taupo and I was adamant that I had to contact you in regards to the fantastic service we received.We need to commend places like Finns where the atmosphere is positive, the staff are friendly and overall is a great place to have a few quiets or get boozy booze!I live in Wellington and I suppose I have just got used to the poor service and bad attitude of many bars and restaurants, I will often make excuses that they are really busy and have so many people to look after. At Finns during Labour Weekend which was uber busy your staff gave the best they possibly could. They smiled, were approachable and made me and my partner feel very welcome.In particular I would like to make reference to Caro - who is an awesome chick and was fantastic. She knows her stuff and is a great asset to your bar. My partner works for Pernod Riccard and said that he would love to have customers like Caro! Also, Rachael is someone who stood out, she was never flustered and always willing to go that extra for you, which we know in hospo is so important.All in all, I will be spreading the good word about Finns. Steve and myself probably spent about 80% of our time there and I dread to think how much money :) Thank you to you and your staff for a fantastic weekend and please keep up the great work.CheersBex and Steve
